In business since 2002, our specialty has been creating products for the food service industry and restaurants throughout the United States such as Pre-Dips, Batters, Breading’s, Pancake/Waffles, Biscuits, Hush Puppy mixes etc.  A growing segment of our business is creating coating systems for processing plants specializing in Poultry, Fish, Meats, Vegetables, and various appetizer products they might specialize in, or we attempt to match the existing system.  Either way, our goal is to reduce the cost of their coating systems and/or help spread their supply chain risk by having a secondary supplier at the least.
